The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) is committed to promoting and upholding our values of integrity, responsibility, and teamwork. GACA encourages reporting of cases involving fraud or corruption related to GACA, and it is committed to protecting reporters from any negative consequences arising as a result of reporting the case. The information disclosed and the reporter's identity will be kept strictly confidential, unless otherwise required by law.

Scope and Cases of Reporting

This reporting channel encompasses all violations and illegal actions characterized by fraud, deception, concealment, breach of trust, or abuse of authority, committed by current or former employees of GACA, or by external parties such as suppliers or contractors.

Examples of violations include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Financial and administrative corruption resulting in direct or indirect material or moral benefits for the violator, such as theft, embezzlement, bribery, and forgery.
  • Misuse of GACA's property or assets for personal gain.
  • Abuse of authority for personal gain.
  • Participation in or concealment of fraudulent operations or corruption cases.
  • Receipt of unwarranted rewards or benefits.
  • Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information for personal gain.
  • Concealing any of the above violations.
  • Maliciously concealing, negligently destroying, or falsifying official documents, or covering up fraudulent financial reports.
  • Concealing any of the above violations.

Reporter's Obligations

To uphold the integrity of this reporting channel, reporters must adhere to the following standards and responsibilities when they report a case:

  • Exercise due diligence by ensuring the accuracy of evidence and documents supporting the report.
  • Maintain objectivity and avoid personal disputes or malicious reporting (responsibility for false or malicious reports rests with the reporter).
  • Ensure clarity and detail in reports, avoiding the use of vague symbols or incomplete information.
  • Submit all relevant supporting documents as soon as the violation becomes known.
  • Refrain from independently conducting any investigation.
  • Commit to complete confidentiality regarding report-related information and refrain from disclosing details to others.
