Welcome to GACA Electronic Reporting System – your central platform for reporting both mandatory and voluntary occurrences. This website is designed to streamline the process for reporting occurrences.

Purpose and Scope

The primary objective of this platform is to support aviation safety through a comprehensive reporting system. By facilitating both mandatory and voluntary reports, the system ensures that aviation occurrences, ranging from accidents to potential safety issues, are recorded and analyzed to prevent future incidents. Our reporting system is aligned with GACAR Part 4, covering various types of occurrences related to aircraft operations, maintenance, air navigation services, aerodrome services, and ground operations.

Who Can Report

For mandatory reporting, all certificate holders must report occurrences that pose risks to aviation safety. In addition, the platform encourages voluntary reports, allowing any individual to confidentially report concerns that may not fall under mandatory requirements but still contribute to aviation safety.
