تجديد شهادة GACAR الجزء 151

  • Grdsr01 - GACAR Part 151 application form together with letter of intent
  • Grdsr02 - GACA economic license and economic Annex No.1 (if updated)
  • Grdsr03 - Contractual agreement and/or service level agreement between the ground service provider and the aerodrome operator (if updated)
  • Grdsr04 - Ownership structure/commercial registration (if updated)
  • Grdsr05 - Names, CVs, and credentials of the nominated Post holders and Safety Manager (if updated)
  • Grdsr06 - Contractual agreement between the ground service provider and the organization performing contracted ground services activities, where applicable (if updated)
  • Grdsr07 - Ground Operations Manual (if updated)
  • Grdsr08 - Training Manual (if updated)
  • Grdsr09 - Quality Assurance/Compliance Manual (if updated)
  • Grdsr10 - Safety Management System (SMS) Manual (if updated)
  • Grdsr11 - Emergency Response Plan/Manual (ERP) (if updated)
  • Grdsr12 - Security Manual (if updated)
  • Grdsr13 - Local Ground Operations Supplement Manual, where applicable (if updated)
  • Grdsr14 - Local Quality Assurance Supplement Manual, where applicable (if updated)
  • Grdsr15 - Latest comprehensive JIG audit report for into-plane fuel service providers with a minimum rating of “satisfactory”, where applicable (if updated)
  • Grdsr16 - Credentials issued by the Ministry of Health and the Food and Drugs Administration for aircraft catering service providers, where applicable (if updated)
Ground service provider must hold a valid and current economic license issued by the economic department of the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
